This shop with living quarters features main building at 40′ x 100′ x 26′ with 60′ x 40′ shop and 40′ x 40′ loft area with 2 bedrooms, office space and a bathroom. Exterior features 60′ x 8′ lean-to, 8′ x 12′ walk out balcony, (2) 14′ x 14′ and (3) 10′ x 7′ overhead steel doors.
